Each product page describes the item and lists what is included in your purchase.

Follow the instructions provided with your product.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. The product listing identifies what is included in your purchase.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed before purchase. Any shipping charges, taxes, and discounts applied by our store are shown at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

We may need to decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a material listing error, or another legitimate fulfillment issue.

If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

Our storefront uses Lovable, and Shopify hosts our checkout and provides commerce services.

As explained in our Privacy Policy, Shopify may process information about your interactions with our store and, when Enhanced Services are enabled, your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Service providers may process information in other countries.

WEBSITE CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Toneverra branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without authorization.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or fraudulent information.

REVIEWS AND PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the name or display name you provide.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, or content that reveals private information. We do not remove reviews merely because they are negative.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OUR GUARANTEE

Nothing in these terms excludes our published 90-day guarantee or any rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

CHANGES

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retroactively reduce the guarantees or rights that applied when you placed an order.
